In this post, I will describe to you how to do Nepali Police Check (Online Police Clearance) online. You can apply for Nepali Police Check if you are a Nepali citizen, foreigner or refugee by visiting this URL: https://opcr.nepalpolice.gov.np/#/login

Step 0: Document Requirements
१) स्वदेशमा भएका नेपाली नागरिकहरुका लागि
क) राहदानी (Passport) को प्रतिलिपी थान १ ।
ख) नागरिकताको प्रतिलिपी थान १ ।
ग) विवाहितको हकमा विवाह दर्ताको प्रतिलिपी थान १ ।
घ) पासपोर्ट साइजको रंगीन फोटो थान १ ।
२) विदेशमा रहेका नेपाली नागरिकहरूका लागि
क) राहदानीको निम्न पृष्ठको प्रतिलिपी थान १/१:
१) पृष्ठ नं — २, ३ तथा ३१ ।
२) अन्तिम पटक नेपाल छोड्दाको Nepal Immigration Departure Stamp भएको पृष्ठ ।
ख) नागरिकताको प्रतिलिपी थान १ ।
ग) विवाहितको हकमा विवाह दर्ता प्रतिलिपी थान १ ।
घ) पासपोर्ट साइजको रंगीन फोटो थान १ ।
Documents to be submitted via online
1. For Refugees
a. A Scan Copy of Unexpired Refugee Travel Document.
b. A Scan copy of the Travel Document with Arrival/ Departure stamp of Nepal Immigration Office while entering/leaving Nepal.
c. A Scan Copy of Refugee Card.
d. A Letter from the related Refugee Camp.
e. Passport size colour photograph — 1 copy.
2. For Foreigners
a. A Scan copy of the Unexpired Passport.
b. A Scan copy of the Arrival and Departure (if Person is not in Nepal) stamp of Nepal Immigration Office on Passport while entering and leaving Nepal.
c. A recommendation letter from the Applicant’s Organization.
d. Passport size colour photograph — 1 copy.

Step 1: Register for an account
At first, you’ll need to create an account (if you don’t have one) by clicking on the register button.
Step 2: Create a new application
You can create an application by clicking “New Application” on your dashboard. You can also see the status of your previously applied application and download the report if your application has been finalized.
Step 3: Fill out the form
You will be asked to fill out different details about you such as personal information, address, documents, self-declaration and confirmation.
Please be aware that the name, phone number and email used for account registration will be pre-filled. Hence, you’ll need to register for the account accordingly.
Step 4: Submit the form
After filling out the form and uploading the required documents, you’ll need to submit the form. Please double check to make sure you have filled in your details correctly.
Result
You will normally get the result of your application within 3–4 business days. You can check the status of your application on the dashboard page. When finalized, you can download the report by clicking the download button.
If there are some issues with their application process, then you can view the status of your application and will also be able to view any received messages. After that, you can update the form or submit any required documents accordingly.
